Additional Notes	30ft 5 compartment 6-wheel Third. Built 1887 to Drawing 223. Ciphered 12/1911 (when renumbered 0205). In 1912 present owner's great grandfather built a house around this carriage body (which provided space for the bedrooms). Following deterioration of the house itself, house recently demolished and this carriage body relocated (now on the B3212, Longdown, Exeter). 09/16: now sheeted. Owner's intention is to renovate the body for possible holiday let use. 03/18: restoration has now reached the mid-point. Details uncovered (see additional photos below) have identified number and confirmed earlier advice from the LSWR Circle that it is a LSWR Third. 07/19: restoration complete - now available as a holiday let. Owner (and this Survey!) would welcome any further information.
