Additional Notes Type D. P 1979 Strathspey; then Flying Scotsman Enterprises - to Southall late 1998. On BR1 bogies - originals were Commonwealth. In Pullman livery, and retains Pullman style seating. Some underframe equipment missing. To Mid Hants by 04/05. To West Coast Railway Company at Carnforth by 12/13. 06/17: has re-entered main-line service with WCRC - in traditional Pullman umber and cream livery. Substantially rebuilt: as built, seated 24 but a BR refurbishment altered this to 29; WCRC have rebuilt it as seating 36 with six bays 4+2 layout. 02/20: confirmed still based at Carnforth.
