Additional Notes | P 1993. Stored OOU at Buckley Wells sidings. Bodywork deteriorating - ELR advise long term restoration project. By 7/10 in grey undercoat except ends. Fitted with EMU-style windows. By 05/12 had donated some interior fittings (seating, tables etc.), which had been restored and were in good condition, to RMB 1837 (q.v.). 04/19: from East Lancashire Railway to North Yorkshire Moors Railway where it will be restored for operational use - in BR crimson lake and cream livery - so that all three Whitby sets will have an RMB. |
