Interior stripped: much useful detail remains on outer walls. Door ventilator and panel at Tenterden Museum. Investigatory work confirmed original numbers as 353 (Metropolitan) and 12 (WC&P) - previously thought to be 337 and 7, respectively. HLF grant application to allow full restoration to take part in 150th Anniversary celebrations of Metropolitan Railway: achieved First Stage Pass 03/11. To Boston Lodge Works, Ffestiniog Railway, 09/11 for restoration work, completed in time to take part in the 150 Celebrations 9 January 2013. Now on modified underframe of SR PMVY 1647 (qv). By 04/17: now at Kent and East Sussex Railway. |
