Additional Notes | Built 12/1896. To IoW as SR BTY 4115 (never carried). W 10/31 and G at Gurnard, IoW. Donated to IoWR by 7/03, but not on site until 6/05. LCDR T 1185 (qv) also became IoW 4115 after LBSCR 1200 w/d. By 02/11 underframe of SR PMV 1669 being prepared to carry body of No. 1200, as next restoration project. By 08/13 1200 into workshop, mounted on the underframe of 1669. Stages in the restoration are shown in the additional photos below. 08/18: in operational use - see main photo. |
