Additional Notes | Built 11/1886, one of an order for only 10 with a different CLZ layout to the others known, having a central luggage compartment between two RH compartments also. W 12/1924 at Ely station. Then in 1926, with GER 355 (qv), to Lynn Road, Ely, first as fruit storage shed, then forming part of a bungalow with 355 (for son and daughter-in-law of owner of the site and both carriages). Seats and some partitions removed. Upon death of Ely bungalow's owners in 1983, both carriages were acquired for preservation by new owners connected with the North Lincolnshire Locomotive Society and moved to Mount Pleasant Farm, Archer Road, Waltham, near Grimsby in April 1985. Partially restored there - especially First compartments over the next few years before move to former North Kelsey Moor Station in 1992. 12/18: purchased on eBay by Kirkby Green Light Railway and moved to their site at Watermill Farm, Kirkby Green, near Sleaford 04/2020. 10/22: exterior restoration complete.
