Additional Notes Used in 1960s on Waterloo - Dorchester South mail service. Offset gangways. P Bluebell 5/78 Note also 4920 on Nene Valley. Restored 1980, used on demonstration trains. Paint failed to adhere to the galvanised steel sheeting. Hence OOU since 1984. Low priority as non-passenger vehicle but is deteriorating. 08/15: stored in sidings behind Horsted Keynes station. 12/22: sold by Bluebell Railway for re-use and moved off-site - but then scrapped soon afterwards.
