Additional Notes Built at Eastleigh on frames from Ashford. Only BR designed and built EMU class to have worked on 1500v DC and then (from 1960-62) 25kV AC. Bogies originally B1s now B4s. Originally DTSO, then DTBSO and finally BDTBSO. This vehicle is last remaining Class 307 still in the passenger form, other remaining ones being vehicles converted for mail train use. Water damaged internally. P and to Pump House Walthamstow 11/06. 05/11: to Electric Railway Museum, Coventry (with closure of Walthamstow site). By 09/16: repaint and roof repairs completed. 01/18: moved to Colne Valley Railway following closure of the Electric Railway Museum.
