Additional Notes | Bain designed. 7 compartments + luggage compartment. Three centre compartments were first class but downgraded to third in 1929. Sold to Ashington Coal Company and then ownership transferred to NCB 11/1949. P 1968, stored at Templeton Works, Consett until 1971 when to Beamish. To Tanfield Railway 15/03/1994 to avoid scrapping. Tanfield ref 0093. Now disc wheels restoration is planned.
