Built as 4 wheel. 12/1889: stretched, new underframe 1897. At Ipswich 1930s: then Mess van at Doncaster. P 1973 Market Overton, Carnforth 10/74, Fawley, Rutland. To Stately Trains 1994. Fully restored. Mangapps, East Anglian Railway Museum, then Embsay and Bolton Abbey Railway. To North Norfolk Railway for 2002, then back to Embsay. Painted teak effect livery. 02/26: moved from Embsay to Mid Suffolk Light Railway (purchased by group of members - only known surviving carriage to have been used on the original line). |
