Additional Notes One of earliest Gresley-designed carriages. P c.1993 and was in Norwich goods yard until its recovery by road in 1995 - moved to Yorkshire where RFS Doncaster agreed to store the vehicle. Llangollen 07/01. Under restoration at Pentrefelin Shed: interior gutted, otherwise substantially complete. Repainted red/cream (to match livery at that time of GNR 229 (qv)). By 06/15 in use as a stores coach. 04/21: acquired by LNER Coach Association and 08/21 moved from Llangollen Railway to Embsay and Bolton Abbey Steam Railway. 11/25: moved from Embsay into storage at a private site near Kirby Misperton.
