Acquired 2015, having latterly been in use as a garage/shed at Loughton, Milton Keynes. Formerly a bogie 42 foot arc roof brake third to LNWR Diagram D352 (later style). The number 06509 has been uncovered on one of the Guard's doors; it is believed to be from a duplicate vehicle list. The Railway's intention is to rebuild the vehicle as a 4-wheel brake third to the style of LNWR Diagram D364, as built to run in the Abergavenny District of the LNWR. At 12/15: located at Furnace Sidings, Blaenavon. By 12/22: dismantled and parts placed in storage - confirmed still in situ 08/26. |
