Formerly set L721 in NSE, then Angel Trains. Stored MoD Shoeburyness: to Mid Hants by 2002. In operation with 51405 and 59510 (qv). Repainted into BR lined multiple unit green. All three to Gloucs Warks 10/11 to maintain service on section isolated by landslip - have stayed there since the two sections of the line were reunited. 07/17: refurbishment work under way. 08/17: refurbishment complete and now back in operational service. 11/24: sold by Cotswold Diesel Railcar Ltd to Scottish Railway Preservation Society and then moved to Boness. |
