Grounded body located at Cowie Hill, near Aberchirder: beside a back road that runs parallel to the A97 on the otherside of the valley. Thought to be part of a Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway Hughes taper end brake third. Confirmation and further information on its history would be welcomed. 08/26: confirmed still in situ. |
