Additional Notes Believed to be the only surviving 52ft long Gresley designed passenger coach for use in East Anglia. P 03/91: Carnforth - cosmetic restoration for Leaderhills scheme, but to Dunaskin ca 1997. Gutted; roof canvassed but furniture not replaced. Observation end added by Historic Scotland. 04/00: to Stainmore Railway, Kirkby Stephen for complete restoration. By 11/25: exterior panelling has been completely restored, lined and varnished to a very high standard; Pullman gangways have been hung and the bellows manufactured and fitted; internally there is now very little original material but a reproduction art-deco interior has been installed to create its as-built interior; underframe, running and brake gear overhauled by Rampart Engineering, Barrow Hill, reversing departmental underframe alterations.
