Additional Notes P 1988 Steamtown. To GCR until 1990. Conversion project to Bar Car/First Class Lounge Car abandoned 1999. For Sale by 01/04, but GCR advise, not at risk. Then stored OOU at Swithland. Reported 01/10 to be upgraded (featuring a lounge area). By 12/10: refurbished as Bar Car '1899' in pseudo-Pullman livery for GCR's Pullman-style dining train - see photo of interior (below). 09/20: still in operational use in GCR dining train. By 09/23: renamed KATIE-MAY. 08/25: repainting into BR maroon livery completed.
